About Burton Bailey

For over 22 years, I have called Red Deer home, dedicating my life to family, service, and leadership. My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to helping others, strengthening our community, and ensuring people have access to the resources and support they need.

For the past seven years, I have had the privilege of managing Minister Adriana LaGrange’s constituency office, helping Red Deer residents navigate government services, advocate for critical local projects, and address challenges in healthcare, housing, and public services. From working on the Red Deer Hospital Expansion to supporting the development of the Recovery Community initiative, I have seen firsthand the impact that strong, engaged leadership can have.

Beyond my work in government, I have been deeply involved in community leadership, serving on numerous non-profit boards and supporting initiatives that directly benefit families, businesses, and organizations across Red Deer. I have also played an active role in campaign management, leading successful efforts for both Minister Adriana LaGrange and MP Blaine Calkins.

Through these leadership roles, I have remained focused on delivering real results—advocating for policies that strengthen our community, supporting local organizations, and ensuring people have a voice in the decisions that affect them. This dedication to service has been recognized with:

  • The Mayor’s Recognition Award for Community Building
  • The King’s Jubilee Medal
  • The Arbor Ethics Award

My focus has always been on ensuring Red Deer thrives and that our community has the support, leadership, and representation it deserves.
